Gigabit Fiber provides equipment such as modems and ONTs as part of your subscription. Upon service termination, you are required to return all loaned devices within 30 days. This helps prevent misuse, unauthorized resale, and ensures our equipment can be reused for other customers.
Failure to return the devices within the stipulated period may result in charges equivalent to the device’s current market value. For all return arrangements and inquiries, please contact us at support@gigabit-fiber.com.
We provide refunds only under legitimate conditions to protect both our customers and Gigabit Fiber from fraudulent claims. These include cases where the service was not activated, or persistent technical faults could not be resolved.
